2024-2025 Recruitment Process

Our program believes in a holistic review of applicants and considers all available data in the ERAS application to be relevant.  We seek to have an equitable and uniform evaluation process and incorporate implicit bias training for our evaluators.


Our interviews will be virtual in order to optimize equity, cost savings, and environmental impact.  Candidates will have an introduction presentation then individually interview with the PD, APD, and various faculty members.


Interview offers will be sent out during October 23 - November 1.  Invites will not exceed the number of interview slots available, and there will be 48 hours to respond to an offer.


There is an optional virtual open house for any interested applicants.  And for those interviewing, there are virtual hangouts with residents the evening before each interview day. 

We will have optional in-person visits at LGH & CMC after our rank list has been submitted.  These visits will not factor into the selection of candidates and are only for the benefit of the candidates.




Salary 2025-2026

Education Stipend: PGY1 $2500, PGY2-5 $3000

On-Call Meal Stipend: $1500 per year

National Conference Attendance during PGY 5
